How we treat your data.

ÌRÀNTÍ is built to preserve a life with care. We collect only what you give us — names, dates, photos, stories, tributes — and the contact details you use to reach us. We use this to create and host the memorial you ask for, to let you invite family, and to support you on WhatsApp or email.

What we collect

Account contact (email) when you start a memorial.
Memorial content you add (biography, timeline, images, tributes).
Technical logs needed for hosting and security.

Your memorial is stored securely and served over HTTPS. Public or private visibility is your choice at publish time, and you can request removal at any time. No memorial will ever carry advertising. We do not sell, rent or share family material or visitor information with anyone, and share only with the service providers needed to host the memorial and as required by law.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data and memorial content. Write to us at hello@iranti.app.

What the payment funds

A fixed share of every fee, on every plan, is set aside as a hosting reserve at the moment a memorial is published. That reserve exists to pay for storage and bandwidth for years in which nothing else is paid. It is not spent on marketing or salaries.

The rest of the fee pays for the work: design, the archive vault, and the permanent hosting.

You can leave with everything, at any time

From the dashboard the owner can download the complete archive as a single file: every original photograph, film, recording and document at full resolution, all the text and data in an open format, and a copy of the memorial as plain web pages that open in any browser without us.

A printable memorial book can be generated at any time.

A named successor

Every owner can name a successor: the person who inherits control of the memorial. When the time comes, ownership passes to them with one action, and the previous owner keeps editing access.

Private by choice

A memorial can be public, unlisted, or private behind a family passcode. On a public memorial, chosen sections can be kept for passcode holders only. We never store the passcode itself, only a salted hash of it.

If ÌRÀNTÍ ever ceases to operate

We intend to operate for a very long time. If that were ever to change, this is what would happen, in this order.

Every family would receive at least twelve months notice by email and on the memorial dashboard, their complete archive without needing to ask, and the release of any connected custom domain. The plain-page copy of each memorial would be delivered so it can be hosted by the family or by another service.

The hosting reserve would be used to keep memorials online throughout that notice period.

What we do not promise.

We cannot keep a domain you stop renewing. A custom domain is registered in your name with your registrar; if it lapses, the memorial remains at its ÌRÀNTÍ address.

We do not control third-party services. A YouTube or Vimeo link embedded on a memorial depends on that service keeping the video available. Film uploaded to the archive vault does not.

We do not moderate tributes on your behalf. Tributes and stories from visitors appear only after the family approves them.
